Option I:

• 30% - at signing a preliminary contract of sale of real estate
• 30% - at completing the construction of the building to cornice elevation at the stage of rough construction
• 30% - at completing the construction of the building at the stage of rough construction, completed electrical installation and plumbing to point, mounted external doors and windows and apartment entrance door
• 10% - at transferring the property by means of notary deed

Option II:

• 60% - at signing a preliminary contract of sale of real estate
• 30% - at completing the construction of the building at the stage of rough construction, completed electrical installation and plumbing to point, mounted external doors and windows and apartment entrance door
• 10% - at transferring the property by means of notary deed

Option III:

• 90% - at signing a preliminary contract of sale of real estate
• 10% - at transferring the property by means of notary deed
